POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
We’re in the UK and post to all domestic locations and most international destinations.
We endeavor to post all items Royal Mail 1st Class within 24 hours for orders placed on weekdays. We do not post on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing during busy periods (eg: before Xmas). If we cannot process the order within 2 days we will notify you via email. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays caused by extreme weather conditions, industrial action or other events outside our control. Giftware is sent by courier.
